We Spent the Weekend at the Beach

Tuesday, July 25th, 2017

Of course it was an easy thing for me because my friend Andy owns a lot of real estate and he has a huge beach house. This place is way too big for a single family. Instead you go there with your cousins and your aunts and your uncles and your grandparents. It is a big thing if you are going to rent the place, but we just tagged along with a bunch of friends. The place is amazing, in fact there was a 800mm wide towel radiator in the bathroom that we were using. That was a strange thing for me, since I did not really understand why you want a heated towel enough to bother with that sort of thing. (more…)

I Wonder if This is Effective

Sunday, July 23rd, 2017

Someone at work showed me the blog post, a facelift without surgery review. I looked at it and thought about how effective it would be. Obviously I have seen people who use botox and in theory that is effective, but it seems to be something that is done either artistically or it is done in some bumbling way. You have to be able to use just enough of it, because if you get too much that is going to be really odd looking. It is a bizarre thing, the way that people look when you know that they have had the injection done. It is like the face is frozen in a strange way. (more…)

Analysis is the Ticket in Cricket

Friday, July 14th, 2017

When I was growing up, I didn’t really understand the sport of cricket. I had no interest in it, and I didn’t understand why anyone else would, but I didn’t care. Years later when I became an adult, I became interested in the sport and now I can’t go without watching it. It’s funny how things change when people become older. I’ve done a bit of betting on some of the cricket games, and sometimes I win and sometimes I lose. To have a better chance of winning, I use Big Bash League cricket tips, because that’s what the winners use when they make bets.

It may seem like there aren’t many things you can learn when it comes to betting on cricket matches, other than not betting too much money, but it goes beyond that. (more…)

My Kids Urged Me to Start Caring About Myself Again

Tuesday, July 4th, 2017

My wife left me out of the blue, and it broke my heart into pieces. I ended up becoming depressed and was barely there for my children, much less myself. I gained weight. I became flabby. I could barely get up a couple of flights of stairs easily. My kids urged me to start working out. My oldest son told me to read a Crazy Bulk review to learn about the product that he uses to gain muscle and lose fat. I decided to look up some reviews before purchasing it, and everything my son said about it was true. So, I decided to get some for myself, and I must say that it really made sculpting my body much easier than before I started takng it. I think that it helped me to stick with my workout plan more easily because of the great results that it gave me.

I don’t blame myself for becoming depressed. I gave my marriage everything that I had to give, but my then-wife just didn’t care. She was sort of an unhappy person in the first place, and she was never satisfied with much of anything. So, I don’t know how I ever thought that i would satisfy her as a good husband for the rest of our lives. But I loved her and hoped that everything would turn out. She didn’t even say goodbye to me in person. She took all her stuff and moved out while I was at a work retreat. I came home to a mostly empty note and a short note saying that she was leaving me.

When I finally realized that my life wasn’t over, the kids helped me to get back on track. I work out with my son 4 times per week now, and I really enjoy the father and son time. My daughter is a runner, and she has talked me into running two days per week on the weekends with her. I enjoy all the time spent with her, too. I must say that I am also feeling good and looking good, too.

Out with the Old and in with the New

Tuesday, June 27th, 2017

I bought a nice dress from an indie fashion boutique for a party one time. I was in a bit of a hurry, and check everywhere else before I went to the boutique. I didn’t even know it existed until a friend told me about it one day. It was different from the dresses I normally find at the local stores, and I loved it so much that I wanted to buy some more clothes from the boutique. I checked out their new arrivals section and found some summer clothes that were right up my alley.

To make room for the clothes that I bought from the boutique, I sold off some of my old clothes. (more…)

Bleaching for the Sensitive Area

Saturday, April 8th, 2017

Although I really can’t see my anal region, I feel much better when it has been bleached. I think bleaching makes it look more appealing. I used to go to a spa to have my region bleached, but I didn’t really feel comfortable having someone else do the bleaching for me. There was also the matter of the price of each spa treatment. It came to a point where I would be better off using an anal bleach cream to do my own bleaching, rather than throw away money and deal with the discomfort and embarrassment that comes along with it.

Changing skin color with a bleaching cream is easy, but not just any cream should be used to do it. The anal region can be pretty sensitive, and putting bad cream on it can cause intense irritation that can last for a long time. Before doing my own bleaching, I did some research about different creams on the market. (more…)

Stage Crew As an Introduction to Life As a Roadie

Monday, April 3rd, 2017

In an effort to expand my social circle while attending one of the largest universities in the United States, I opted to focus on my love of music and concerts and joined the college’s stage crew team. We were basically volunteer roadies for all of the visiting music groups that came to our campus and expected to unload equipment, set up band scrims and do a lot of the backstage work during the concerts.

I have to admit that going into the club, I had no idea just how much work was involved in the production of a show. I had visions that once the equipment was unloaded and set up, I would be able to enjoy the show for free and then party backstage with the band members when the concert was over. (more…)

Is This Sort of Thing Safe?

Thursday, March 30th, 2017

I have been thinking about this ever since I ran into this guy at a party a couple of weeks ago. He was smoking this herbal smoking mix in a pipe, the sort of one that you see people smoke pot in. The truth is that some other people were smoking it because they thought it was pot, but I could smell the stuff and I could see that they were really not getting happy about the taste of the stuff. In fact I could not really stop thinking about all of the stuff you read in the papers about things that they call bath salts and synthetic marijuana. (more…)

We Got a Great New Dog

Monday, March 20th, 2017

Of course we started to think about this as soon as we bought the property. It is not exactly in the middle of nowhere, but you can not see the nearest house. It is about an eighth of a mile away and there are not many others. At any rate we decided that we needed a big dog, the sort that would deter anyone with bad ideas. I paid a lot of money for it, she is a German Shepherd with great bloodlines. The guy sold me the dog and a doghouse bed that works pretty well. I liked it because it gives the dog a place to lay down which is up off of the floor. It is a puppy now, but it is pretty big for a puppy and it is going to get even bigger. So you do not really want it on the rugs and the carpets so much. (more…)

A New Chair Minimized My Back Pain

Sunday, March 12th, 2017

When my doctor told me that my back problems could possibly be due to my office chair, I immediately asked him which kind I should get. While he could not give me a specific brand since that is something I would have to determine on my own, he did suggest that a reclining office chair would be extremely beneficial. I had no idea which one to get though, so I went online as soon as I got home to see if I could get more information. It wasn’t that my back pain was that severe, but it was bothersome enough for me to want to try a new chair out quickly.

I was able to find a site that reviews a wide variety of products, and I was happy to see that reclining office chairs was one of them. (more…)

A Scale with Unbelievable Durability

Thursday, March 2nd, 2017

Worrying about things like concentrated load capacity is a pain unless you work with the scales in the trucking industry. I even have drivers who don’t seem to care about weighing their trucks and loads. They see it as a necessary evil on the way to earning their paycheck. In fact it’s one of the most important things we do here at the company. I spend my entire day weighing our fleet before they hit the road. It’s done because of trucking industry standards and the laws governing now much weight we are allowed to put out on the roads.

That is why it is absolutely imperative that the company invest in a durable and highly accurate scale. (more…)

An Investment Opportunity with Legs

Saturday, January 21st, 2017

A friend who is good with money suggested I look into cannabis real estate in California as a potential investment opportunity. I’ve made a bundle off of a political website in the last year and a half and wanted somewhere to park some money. I didn’t even consider cannabis, but I definitely should have at least thought about it. California recently legalized marijuana and the potential for growth their is enormous. It’s huge, and everyone with some money should be jumping on this bandwagon as quickly as possible. It’s best to get in early while they’re still setting up the legal structure.

So I looked into the company I found and what they appear to do is act as a landlord. They’ve bought up properties suitable for growing operations and then they find great tenants who actually know what they’re doing and get them into the properties. (more…)

Comfortable Getaway Living for My Wife

Thursday, January 5th, 2017

My wife and I live in Boston where I work as at a high level in one of the law firms in the city. After several consultations with her doctor, I decided to look into Revere apartments for rent to help her with a health issue that has plagued her for most of her life. My wife suffers from extreme depression and anxiety, and city living has been making it worse over the last several years. It’s gotten so bad as of late that she’s undergone several hospitalizations, each one longer than the preceding one. Her doctor recommended looking into a second home or apartment in an area that is more relaxing and quiet.

I found a great complex that is a minute or two from a public beach and boasts a plethora of amenities that should be of comfort to my wife when she stays there. It’s still a heavily trafficked area, but at night it gets fairly quiet and think walks on the beach should help alleviate her condition to some extent. The doctor thinks so too. Moving entirely out of the area isn’t an option due to my demanding job, so we’re going to try this and see how it shakes out.

My wife really does enjoy the comfort of the building and especially it’s quiet atmosphere. While many people live there, the actual apartments seem quiet. No one is up causing noise and the people are friendly. We explained the situation to the office staff and they’re behind us one hundred percent and also think my wife will enjoy her stays at the apartment. My hope is that we will be able to reintegrate her into the house, but if not at least she’s not that far away and I can always spend time with her in my off hours.

When You Need It They Are There

Thursday, January 5th, 2017

I run a very low powered radio station out of my basement. Sounds cool, right? Well, it is until you need broadcast equipment maintenance. My dream was always to work in radio, which is sort of an anachronism in this day and age of the internet and digital communications. There are people who make a lot of money in radio, but there are very few. It really is sort of an antique broadcast form when you think about it. I expect that it will largely disappear in the next twenty years or so. There will still be people talking into a microphone, but it’s all going to be digital and very overproduced.

I still do it the old fashioned way, with a transmitter and antenna and microphone. (more…)

My Children Don’t Know Just How Smart I Am

Thursday, January 5th, 2017

My kids have been at me for many months about the things that they want for Christmas. I tried to tell them both that they should be mailing a letter to Santa with all their requests, but they thought that was pretty funny because they say they know that he doesn’t exist. So, they pester me quite a bit. I try to act as if I’m not paying attention when they talk about the things they want. They hope that I will buy gaming accessories and a lot of things for their bedrooms such a chairs for their friends and such.

When it comes to Christmas presents, I hear a lot of ‘Mom, did you hear me? Mom?” I figure if my boys really knew that they have my ear at all times, the gift requests would increase even further. So, it’s best to act innocent, and then surprise them on Christmas day. When it comes to the truly important things like schoolwork, music lessons and how they are doing over all, I immediately turn my full attention to what they are saying. You would think they would have noticed a pattern, but they haven’t yet. That is a good thing. Even when I am busy, I know that I need to pay attention to what my kids are talking about.

The boys are getting old enough that I can’t really hide gifts in the house very easily anymore. As soon I am away from the house for a short time, they start digging and searching around the house because they hope to find out where I hide gifts at. I overheard them talking about it. But I outsmarted them and have all gifts shipped to their grandparent’s house instead. When it comes time wrap everything, I will head over there to do it, and then put everything under the tree on Christmas Eve.
