Financial Wisdom from a Friend

December 22nd, 2015

One of my friends called me on the phone one day and told me that he had just gotten more money in one day than he would in an entire month. I asked him how he did it, and he told me that it was all because of Ewen Chia. I thought he was talking about one of those Chia Pets that they sell during the holidays where you grow your own plants, but it was something entirely different. Chia was the name of a person who was a wizard at affiliate marketing, and my friend had been following his techniques for a while.

As someone who has grown tired of working a boring desk job for peanuts over the years, I jumped at the chance to have a different source of income. I practically begged my friend to teach me everything he knew, and he agreed, under the condition that I would have to buy him lunch with the first amount of money that I earned from using the techniques. I agreed and we got down to business. Read the rest of this entry »

Best Toys for Single Women

November 21st, 2015

I am just now getting out of a pretty serious relationship and I am glad to be through with it because it became an abusive relationship at some point and I don’t really know when that happened. But it was pretty bad and I am glad to be done with it. But I want to buy some magic wand attachments at the moment because I am feeling kind of lonely in the bedroom. Read the rest of this entry »

The Company is Sending Me to Singaore

November 5th, 2015

I am still in New South Wales for a couple of weeks, living in one of the suburbs of Sydney. I really like it here and it is not my idea to move to Singapore, but the company is not really looking for my opinion on the matter. They have a problem there and I am going to solve it for them. Right now I am looking at this web page which is supposed to help you find a new condo in Singapore. The sense I get is that I am going to be over there for a good long time and it is probable that I am going to be there for at least a year. Read the rest of this entry »

Working Towards a Health Goal

September 2nd, 2015

I knew I needed to do something about my weight, but I was too embarrassed to exercise in front of other people. I tried doing exercise videos, but I am just not nimble enough for those. I wanted to walk, but I wanted to do it in private. That is why I decided to look at some folding treadmill reviews to see if any of them would be good for me. I wanted to be able to put the treadmill away every night. I was worried if I didn’t, then it would turn into a very expensive coat rack.

I knew that I would be able to discipline myself if I had to bring it out and put it away every evening, plus it would not be in the way since my house is not that big. Read the rest of this entry »

Just Got the Baby Home from the Hospital

September 1st, 2015

There were some minor complications with mother and child, but we have finally come to the end of it and we are all back at home. Lin is going to stay home with the child for some time and we are looking to do everything as well as we can. She has found a web page that delivers organic baby products in Singapore. I am not sure that I see the point of that really, but I suppose that the food is going to be healthier, at least that is the whole theory behind buying organic food. Read the rest of this entry »

Getting a New Shower and Tub

March 12th, 2015

When my husband and I decided to change our bathroom up a bit, we got pretty excited. When we had first bought our house nearly a dozen years ago, we knew we were going to remodel most of the rooms at one point or another. I wanted to start with the bathroom, but the kitchen and living room seemed to be better choices. As soon as we were able to start thinking about redoing the bathroom, I went online to get some information from I knew they were the ones that I wanted to do the plumbing work because of the work they did on one of my friend’s house.

She had told me that they were very quick and professional with the work, and they were also the ones that gave her the lowest quote since she did shop around for the best price. Read the rest of this entry »

They Build Houses So Efficiently Now

January 29th, 2015

Few things in this world are worse than having to pay for an expansion to your corporate offices. It costs so much money just to expand the room that you have so that you can spend even more money hiring more workers. It’s kind of silly if you ask me but a lot of companies love to expand. On the rare ocassion that I do expand I go for the commercial roof installation in bergen county NJ. They help cut the costs of expansion by a great deal because they offer such awesome deals on building custom roofs. It’s insane how the roof is one of the most expensive parts of a home. We don’t usually think of it as such because it is just the roof and we kind of take it for granted. Read the rest of this entry »

Learning How to Care Again

January 28th, 2015

Somatodrol is one of those products that is a game changer. For someone like me who can barely squeeze in enough time to get to the gym much less stick with a committed routine, I was in desperate need of something that would help me achieve results that I’d like to see. So it was that I began to take this stuff after my brother hooked me up with some of his own with the promise that it would change my life. Yeah, right, I’ve heard things like that before. I didn’t want my life changed I just wanted more muscle mass.

I started life out as a chubby kid. It wasn’t fun. You probably were never that kid to get picked last for any kind of team activity involving being physical. Do you have any idea what sort of standard that sets for someone who is reduced to being last? The standard is low. I didn’t care at all. Read the rest of this entry »

Plumber for a Stopped Up Toilet

January 25th, 2015

I don’t know what the heck happened to the toilet, but it is stopped up worse than any toilet I have ever seen in my life. I am thinking that one of my young kids must have thrown something in the toilet. But usually, I can use a toilet auger to get stuff out, in that case. But this is just too stubborn and so I need to check out a plumber in Morris County NJ to hire to come and fix my toilet, so that we can actually use it again.

With this toilet stopped up, that only leaves us one functional toilet in the house, and my family is kind of large for the number of bathrooms that we have. Read the rest of this entry »

A Supplement That Speeds Up Metabolism

January 24th, 2015

The first time I heard of Garcinia Cambogia, I had no idea what it was. As more people started finding out about it though, a person would have to be living under a rock to not know that this supplement has been able to help so many people lose weight and get healthier. I wanted to try it because of the positive success rate that others were having with it, so I looked at some Garcinia Cambogia reviews I had found online to understand more about this miracle supplement that was giving people back their lives.

I wanted to find out two things mainly. I know that the main benefit is that it helps people to lose weight, but I wanted to find out why. Read the rest of this entry »

How Do You Figure out Home Insurance?

January 22nd, 2015

I am just wondering this as a technical question, because I was looking at how some of those places want to tell you what sort of home insurance rates they will give you. It got me to thinking about what factors they take in to consideration when they figure that stuff out. It is pretty clear that you need to know a few things about the value of the house. I wonder if you can over insure the place for some nefarious purpose. Obviously the story is that they used to always have fires in some parts of Brooklyn because the people who owned the property would set fires and try to collect the insurance on the place. One Great Bachelorette Party for My Friend

January 22nd, 2015

I went to and I was able to find great tee shirts for my best friend’s bachelorette party. I was so excited for my best friend, because she had wanted to get married for so long. Me and all of my friends had been married for at least five to ten years, so we really wanted her to meet a good guy as well. She dated a couple of guys, but they were all kind of jerks, and I did not really like any of them. I was really happy when she found a guy that she really loved.

She called me the night that she got engaged, and I have never met anyone that had been so for excited for their wedding in my life. She was so happy, and right away she started to plan for her wedding. I told her that I would help her in any way that I could, and I promised I was going to have a great bachelorette party for her. I really wanted things to be perfect for my best friends bachelorette party, so I rented us a nice white limo to take us around that night, and I also got tons of cool props for her to wear. There is No Escaping Crime

January 15th, 2015

It’s naive to think that a neighborhood, no matter how exclusive or secluded it might be, is free from crime. Crime exists in all levels of American society and is something that many of us foolishly take for granted. Crime comes and goes as the criminals responsible for many of the home invasions are nomadic, travelling from town to town as they sweep through an area to clean it out of everything that they can grab. This is why having a dependable home security system is incredibly important but sadly is something that many of us Americans overlook whether we rent or own our homes.

My first experience with crime of this type was very personal. I had just returned home after a weekend spent at my then fiance’s place only to discover the locked door I had shut behind me. No, I found the door frame splintered, nearly shattered, with the door hanging pitifully ajar. Whoever had wanted into my place had certainly wanted in badly surprising even the police officers who arrived to check out the scene. Read the rest of this entry »

The Ruin That is Academics

December 24th, 2014

Without debt consolidation I would have fallen so far behind in my life that I do not think that I would have been capable of actually pulling myself out of it. I was in debt for nearly five years with $40,000 owed to various credit card companies, as well as a mixture of it being student debt. During that five years I thought that I would lose my mind multiple times due to the constant burden of stress haunting me. The phone calls from creditors and debtors looking for money. Telling them that I’m not the person they are looking for. The lies were tiring. Read the rest of this entry »

Started to Plan the Big Move

December 24th, 2014

I am going to be moving down to College station TX in the next week or so and I have to do a lot of stuff. I am going to need a place to stay when I get there and I am not going to have a lot of time to do much when I get there. I have been trying to figure out what the cost of living is going to be and there is a lot more information about power companies than I was expecting. I live in North Myrtle Beach SC at this moment and we get Duke Power. That is all that there is to it. You call them up and they tell you what you are going to pay. They do not ask you any questions beyond whether or not you want power. If you do, then they get to decide how much it is going to cost.

Actually I think that there is a state utility board and the rates have to be approved by it. Obviously there is a public interest in that and it matters to all of the voters who get mad when you act like they do not get to be treated fairly. At any rate you have to worry a lot about what you are paying for the cost of living down there just like everything else. One good thing is that gas is going to be really cheap, since I am going to be driving a very long distance. In fact I have to rent a big truck and I guess that I will get my uncle to sell me his trailer. He has one that I will be able to put my car on and tow it down there. At least that seems like the best plan.
